Thomas Scheibitz: One-Time Pad

The catalogue follows the large-scale presentation in Frankfurt, the first retrospective of the artist's work. Pictures, work on paper, drawings and sculptures are shown in large work groups. His secondary material-an image archive he has collected over the years-is worthy of particular interest. Striking examples are published here for the first time. The focus of the monograph is the human figure, something the artist has been occupied with for many years. Utmost care and technical perfection has been striven for in the realisation of the colour illustrations in order to reproduce the special quality of the surfaces of his work.
